CBC Radio’s interview with Cloudscape member Bevan Thomas is now available online as a podcast. Visit the North by Northwest website to hear Bevan talk about Canadian superheroes and the development of the Epic Canadiana anthology.
This Saturday at 7:40 AM on CBC Radio One, Cloudscape’s own Bevan Thomas will appear on CBC’s North by Northwest, talking with host Sheryl McKay about Epic Canadiana, our anthology of Canadian superheroes. After the show airs, it will be available as a podcast on the CBC website.
There’s still time to sign up for Cloudscape art classes! Our Artquake mentorship program is be accepting submissions until April 18. And don’t forget that we’ll be doing a Comic & Anime drawing class at the Sunset Community Centre, starting on April 15. Call the Centre at 604.718.6505 to sign up!
This mentorship will features six workshops, each taught by different Cloudscape members on subjects ranging from writing and character design to paneling, inking, and colouring.
