We hope you’ve already enjoyed in the first batch of our Comics in Transit comics appearing at Vancouver bus shelters. Now the first batch has been removed and the second one is starting to come up! Here’s a fun paying gig that’s come up. Someone wants to commission an unusual Christmas present for her daughter. The mother will pay an artist to create a princess/Dungeons & Dragons-themed poster.
It’s a new month, and a new response to the Comic Battle. There’s only one submission again (rest of you, step up your game!), so the winner is Rayleigh Nickle for a second time! Prominent comics writer Mark Millar has put out a call for submissions for a “Millarworld annual.” Every year an anthology will come out featuring stories of his Millarworld characters, all written and drawn by previously unpublished new talent.
