Grab your cosplays and yukatas!
The Altered Reality Club, SFU’s cosplay, anime and gaming club, is proud to present “The Summer Festival” at Simon Fraser University. With participation from IRL Events, we’ll be bringing you a full day of food, entertainment, activities, and prizes in true matsuri fashion! Attendance is ABSOLUTELY FREE!
The outdoor festivities will begin at 2pm in SFU’s Convocation Mall, where there will be food stalls, carnival-style games where you can win raffle tickets, and a market area featuring a variety of artists and vendors.
We still have tables available for anyone interested in selling art, crafts, or similar wares. Half tables are available for $15, while a full table can be purchased for $30. If you are interested, please contact Greg at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please keep in mind this will be an outdoor event. While we are expecting sunny weather and the Convocation Mall is covered, please be prepared for various weather conditions.
Vendors at this event will include: Sakura Media, Metropolis Comics and Toys, and Dragon Box.
If you’re interested in running a food stall or renting a vendor table please contact us at email@example.com.
